The 12 Miss SA Finalists, In A Technicolor Denim Affair
On the 12th February 2016
Soviet Denim did a very different kind of shoot with the 12 lovely Miss SA
Finalists. We did tell you to watch this space as there were some very
interesting things to come...well we're here to deliver.
Soviet made colorful
magic with the girls and we got down and dirty behind the scenes capturing the
very interesting moments...The girls movements and poses were shot at 200 frames
per second (super slow-mo) and fine coloured powder (of their choice and
uniqueness) was thrown at specific angels to create the perfect slow motion
digital colour burst shot
The entire team and
most Soviet HQ was covered in 12 different hues of fine coloured powder, but the
girls were drenched in it (all for the sake of the the perfect shot!).
Thankfully the girls had an absolute blast and were such good sports about
having to spend the next few days removing colour from their
hair!
Soviet Denim so enjoyed
its collaboration with the girls and we wish them well for the crowing of the
new Miss SA on the 19th March 2016. Watch this space for the reveal of "The 12
